Westport Workout


The weekly workout will be up on the board in the fitness room above the weight rack on Monday. Workouts will change each week.

Complete each exercise for :45 with :15 rest between. Complete each circuit 4x with 1-2 minute recovery between circuits.

5 minute cardio warm-up on treadmill or elliptical.

Alternating front lunge with weights

Plie squat w/ weighted overhead press

High knee jog

Jumping or plyo jacks
